Current COVID-19 protocols at our office

  • In accordance with the NJ State mask mandate, masks are still required for everyone visiting office-based health care settings. As per the CDC, these health care settings rules still apply even if people are fully vaccinated. We ask for your cooperation with wearing a mask.
  • Please brush your teeth at home. We will no longer offer the ability to brush your teeth when you get to the office.
  • Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment time. We need to allow for additional time between patients to completely disinfect everything after patient visits, and we also need to minimize the number of patients in the office at the same time. If you are late due to traffic, etc., we may need to turn you away.
  • Everyone who enters the office should be wearing a mask that covers your nose and mouth.
  • Everyone needs to use hand sanitizer when entering and leaving the office.
  • Everyone’s temperature will be taken with a non-contact infrared forehead thermometer upon entering the office.
  • We will ask you questions about your current condition, and possible recent exposure events, and require you to sign a consent form at each visit (the questionnaire link is provided below. You don't need to fill this out at home - we will be providing the form at each visit). We may, at our discretion, ask you to reschedule your visit if we feel that there is a risk to us or other patients. We will provide a disinfected pen to sign the form. There will be a container on the floor to place the pen after you are done using it.

Please click the link below to see the Questionnaire that we are currently using. You will be asked to sign and date this at each visit.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and look forward to seeing you soon.
